"Marc is a great leader, person, and individual as a whole. He is so wise and knowledgeable. I appreciate his genuineness, his patience, and he seems to not give up when I am not reaching the milestones we are working toward. He will ask what is getting in the way, and help me to come up with a solution. He allows me to think things through. I am ok with being told to do this or do that, however, he does not do that. He reminds me to think of what is best for the team here, and to go in that direction. I am grateful for the time I have spent with him!!"
"I appreciate Dr. Cohen's knowledge and wisdom. He would do great at coaching anyone, whether it be as a principal or in life. I am grateful that he shares, but he also allows me time to process and to think. In conversation, he allows space for me to share how I would say or do something. I don't always have the full picture of what should be done or said, and he helps by adding more information to help me complete my thoughts."
"I welcome all sessions with Marc. He always leaves me with something to work on. Being a first year principal, there the mountains of things that must get done. He guides me through areas of uncertainty, and helps me to be accountable to the commitments I have made. I totally appreciate that!!"
